Payments & Billing

Services are billed according to the selected plan or one-time service fee. Unless otherwise agreed upon, full payment must be made before service delivery. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

Payment Obligations

Customers agree to pay all invoices, service fees, subscription charges, and other applicable charges in accordance with the payment terms specified by skytechiez.online.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Suspension of Services for Non-Payment

If any invoice remains unpaid after the applicable due date, skytechiez.online reserves the right, without further obligation, to:

• Suspend or deactivate any newly purchased services associated with the unpaid invoice.
• Suspend ongoing technical support related to the unpaid service.
• Refuse new service requests until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
• Suspend account access or customer portal access where applicable.

Service suspension does not relieve the customer of their obligation to pay all outstanding amounts.

Cross-Service Suspension

Where a customer maintains multiple services or subscriptions with skytechiez.online under the same customer account, skytechiez.online reserves the right to suspend or restrict additional support services — only if this right has been disclosed to the customer and such suspension is permitted under applicable law — until all outstanding balances have been paid.

Any service that has been fully paid for may only be suspended where permitted by this Agreement or by applicable law.

Fraudulent or Bad-Faith Orders

If skytechiez.online reasonably determines that a customer has intentionally obtained services while refusing payment, provided false payment information, or otherwise acted in bad faith, skytechiez.online reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate the affected services.
• Refuse future services.
• Recover any unpaid amounts through lawful collection procedures.
• Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

skytechiez.online will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before taking these actions unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect its systems or business.

Reactivation of Services

Services suspended due to non-payment may be restored after:

• Full payment of all outstanding invoices.
• Verification of payment.
• Completion of any required account review.

Service restoration times may vary depending on the type of service.
